How to Fix EZ Debug Led (CPU White Solid) - MSI Z370 SLI Plus

Assalamualaikum warohmatullohi wabarokatuh...

Let me tell you my story first, couple weeks ago i got this annoyed trouble showed up, the last thing i remember when this happen was "Ok, i'm not turn off the computer in the way how it should be" yes i'm holding the power button until the computer goes off and we're all know that it was not such a good idea (even thought i rarely got any problem with this), and yeah this time my computer is not working at all (i mean it's still powered up the fan is spinning, the lamp is lighting etc. but give no display to the monitor). 

First thing i noticed was the EZ Debug Light is stucked at CPU with white solid color light all the time, well from the manual book it says if this happen there is something wrong with the cpu/processor and i get scared already by this considering the CPU is the most expensive component in my pc. SO i try to reboot the pc several times and it's useless. Then i came to the one and only GOOGLE and find quite many answer like:

1. Try clear CMOS / reset the BIOS

2. Seated back the CPU

3. Took off all the component

Guess what? Beside those suggestion i'm trying to figure it out by my self but None of them fix my problem, i'm try clearing by jumpering : NOT FIXED, try removing the battery : NOT FIXED, remove the cpu then put it back : NOT FIXED, removing and put the cable back to motherboard : NOT FIXED, removing and put the VGA : NOT FIXED, and the craziest thing i do when i'm desperate enough to get this pc back to live was I TOOK OFF ALL (EVERYTHING) THE PC COMPONENT and yes IT'S NOT FIXED ANYTHING.

You know, i typically faced this problem when i'm working (and yes i can solved it) but in this case i don't know why i have no idea what's going on, may be the EZ Debug Led it self scared me to much and make me can't thinking straight enough, may be i have no enough resources/hardware to test the problem or may be i'm loosing luck in this problem hahaha. BUT i'm in a position where i need to make this PC alive ASAP so i can't take time any longer and then i came to the repair shop and should spent Rp100.000,- (or it is about $7), and when i ask the technician he answered me that he was just cleaning the component it makes me like "OMG how could it's just cleaning the component" still i wonder how come that that was the answer considering i'm just using this BRAND NEW PC like half a year and the component it self still clean (i mean there is not to much dust in it) even more i took off everything before and put it all together again, so is it the answer "CLEANING THE COMPONENT???" yes i doubt it, UNTIL......

A week later the problem showed up AGAIN, but this time i'm not scared at all, i try to prove the answer it self so i took off the RAM and i rubbing the gold pin below (this is what i usually do when i'm still in my job), and YES IT'S WORK my pc can boot up until finished and log on to the windows.
