Still about Adobe Premiere Pro 2019 but another problem faced and i manage to solve it. So this is how my problem begin:
1. I'm editing a lot of footage/clip at PP and most of them need to be warped and slowed down a little bit to get smoother result.
2. So i change the clip speed to 40% then i nested the clip to the new sequence.
3. I put the Warp Stabilizer effect straight to the nested sequence.
4. Warp starting to analyze the clip, and nothing seems wrong.
5. But when i'm waiting the analyze process it stuck at 1 of xxx frame. I wait abut 5 minutes and still analyze don't go to 2nd frame.
6. I cancel the analyze and Premiere freeze/hang, so use Task Manager to close Premiere.
7. I'm trying to restart my pc in case something happen, but when i'm try warping for the 2nd time it give me the same result.
8. So i'm going to google and ask the question, and no particular respond/answer really match my problem point. But i have a lot read and start to investigate my problem.
9. There's an answer post at some page that state Warp Stabilizer won't accept another effect applied at the clip, and i realize i give the clip fade effect (dip to black).
10. As soon as i delete the fade effect and applying Warp Stabilizer, everything goes normal as i expected. Analyze process run from the first frame until the last frame and my clip warped perfectly.
In conclusion my problem lies to fade effect that i applied to the clip before i warped it, removing the fade effect clearly make warped work as usual.
Thanks for visiting and i hope this post help you out.
